Overview
The Xiangxi area has a tradition of making dried cabbage in winter, so there are many dishes related to dried cabbage in winter. The more popular ones are with pork ribs, minced meat stew, and native chicken stew. Today I compiled a recipe for stewed pork ribs soup for the reference of cooking friends. Prepare the ingredients, wash the ribs, soak and wash the dried cabbage in warm water, and chop the green onions.

Put the ribs into the pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat, add salt after 20 minutes, and cook for another 20 minutes or more.

Cut the cabbage into sections and cook for about 5 minutes.
