I suddenly wanted to eat fried rice cakes~ So I went out and bought a bag of rice cakes, but the quality was not very good and they all cracked.... But it still didn’t affect the taste~

Boil the rice cakes in advance and soak them in cold water, otherwise they will stick together~ (I bought frozen rice cakes)

If the rice cake is undercooked, you can add less water and simmer it. After the rice cake absorbs all the water, take it out of the pot~
