Mix the high-gluten flour, salt and sugar evenly while slowly adding the egg liquid (beat the eggs in advance and leave half out) and yeast water (use warm water of about 30 degrees to dissolve the yeast powder) and knead it into a smooth dough. Beat it regularly, then cover it and leave it to ferment until the dough doubles in size. Press it into the middle of the dough with your fingers. If it does not shrink back, it means it has been successful.

Take out the dough and continue kneading it, divide it into small pieces, wrap the homemade honey red beans in it like a bun, seal it downwards, and place it on a piece of tin foil brushed with oil. Preheat the oven in advance (180 degrees for ten minutes), bake in the oven for 20 minutes (180 degrees, each oven has different temperaments, adjust the temperature yourself)

After baking for 20 minutes, take it out, brush with egg wash, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
