Boil the water in the pot, put the vermicelli in the pot and cook until it changes color and take it out (don't cook the vermicelli until it becomes soft)

Remove the vermicelli and put it on a plate, add a little salt and light soy sauce and mix well to add the base flavor.

Cut the loofah in half and cut into strips.

Arrange the loofah on the vermicelli.

Sprinkle with minced ginger and minced garlic (mix the minced ginger and garlic with a little salt in advance)

Add 2 tablespoons of chopped chili pepper.

Steam over high heat.
