Chestnut and millet porridge
Overview
Chestnuts have high nutritional value and are delicious. During this chestnut season, I buy chestnuts almost every day. In addition to roasting and eating them, they are also good for cooking and making porridge. Today I used it to make porridge with millet, which nourishes the stomach and kidneys. Adding black dates also has the effect of nourishing blood. It is a delicious health porridge.
