Now there is a kind of naked carp, which was rarely seen in the Central Plains area before. It is called naked carp because this fish has no scales. I once ate naked carp from Qinghai Lake in a hotel in Qinghai Lake, and I don’t know if it is the same fish. Anyway, it had a label when I bought it, but it was definitely not from Qinghai.
