I was drooling while watching it, so I quickly learned to make it. My little master liked it very much and clapped his hands and said it was so delicious! You can do it more often in the future.   1. Prepare the raw materials;

  2. Blanch the ribs, remove the blood foam and take them out;

  3. After the water in the pot is hot, add the blanched ribs, add ginger slices and 1 tsp of cooking wine and cook for about 30 minutes until the ribs are cooked; (Do not pour away the soup for cooking the ribs, it will be used later)

  4. Put the cooked ribs into a cooking bowl, add 1 tsp cooking wine, 1.5 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp braised soy sauce, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar and marinate for 40 minutes;

  5. Dry the marinated ribs, pour "Jiusan" brand corn germ oil into the pan, and fry the ribs until golden;

  6. Place the fried ribs in the wok, pour in the rib marinating soup and the rib cooking soup, add 3 tsp of sugar and salt to taste, simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until the soup thickens, and finally add 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar and chicken essence to taste.
