  1. Wash the cowpeas and remove the two stems.

  2. Pour water into the wok and blanch the cowpeas until cooked.

  3. Cut the carrots and ham into round slices. In order to keep the shape consistent, you can use a mold. Mince the garlic and dice the bell pepper.

  4. Cut the blanched cowpeas into cubes and put them into a large bowl.
