Pineapple Shrimp

Pineapple Shrimp

Overview

During the New Year, my family bought a few pineapples, and the aroma of ripe pineapples filled the house. I used the pineapple meat to make pineapple jam. At first I wanted to use the pineapple filling to make a pineapple cake, but then I changed my mind and used minced shrimp and bread crumbs to make this pineapple-shaped family banquet delicacy.
