Cabbage Bird's Nest Egg
Overview
It's an interesting idea. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, make a nest in a frying pan, crack in the eggs, and fry slowly until cooked. The shredded cabbage is condensed into one by the egg liquid, and it becomes a bird's nest egg. I didn't want to use more vegetables, for fear that I wouldn't be able to eat and would be unable to walk. As a result, the vegetable leaves were almost submerged in egg liquid, and it seemed that it was difficult to see the appearance of a bird's nest. I didn't expect that the egg liquid would spread out over such a large area, and the bird's nest was not big enough. Haolai is a trembling soft-boiled egg, delicious. . . .
