Overview

When I was in college, I often went to halal restaurants owned by Xinjiang people and ate this dish, Xinjiang chicken. I have been thinking about it since I graduated, but now I can learn it. However, southerners don’t eat noodles, so we don’t have the delicious noodles, but it’s still delicious.

  1. The ingredients are ready, the chicken must be freshly killed

  3. Put more oil in the pot, put the aniseed in and fry it

  4. Pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they change color

  8. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are cooked and ready to serve. Very mouth-watering. After eating, put the noodles, preferably strips, in to absorb the juice. The noodles are very delicious.
