Fried Duck Wings with Pineapple
Overview
When it’s pineapple season, put a pineapple in the car. It smells much better than any other fragrant aroma. When it’s ripe, you can take it home and eat it in a different way. Sautéed duck wings with pineapple is one of my dad’s favorite dishes.

Peel the pineapple, cut into two finger-sized pieces and soak in light salt water

Wash the duck wings, chop into small pieces, add the ingredients except oil, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes

Stir-fry the wing segments in oil pan, add water and simmer for 8 minutes

Add the pineapple and continue to simmer for 5 minutes until the salty, sour and sweet flavor comes out
