Rinse and dice the sea rice and soak in warm water until soft. Chop the green onions, mince the garlic, and cut the pork belly into small cubes. Soak the vermicelli in advance.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add diced pork belly and stir-fry until the fat becomes oily.

Add Pixian bean paste and garlic chili sauce and stir-fry until red oil emerges.

Add minced garlic and chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the drained chopped dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant, then add oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the soup for soaking the dried shrimps. If the water is not enough, add 1 small bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Add the soaked vermicelli and simmer for a while.

Cook until the vermicelli absorbs enough soup. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and stir-fry evenly.
