Overview
The elegant colors and fresh floral flowers give your besties a warm feeling. The biscuits use a cookie base with not much sugar, and are crispy and slightly sweet. The frosting is not overpoweringly sweet.

Soften butter at room temperature.

Add powdered sugar and stir until combined. (No need to over-beat to avoid uneven biscuits)

Add the egg liquid and vanilla extract in batches and beat evenly. Stir each time until the egg liquid is completely blended with the butter before adding the next time (vanilla extract is optional)

Sift in the flour, mix well with a spatula, and refrigerate for an hour.

Roll the dough into a piece about 3 mm thick.

Use a mold to cut out the biscuit shape and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Beat the egg whites until they are thick, add 150 grams of powdered sugar and an appropriate amount of lemon juice and stir with a whisk to form a mian icing. Add an appropriate amount of powdered sugar to the removed portion to make icing for hooking lines and brushing embroidery.

Add appropriate amount of coloring paste to adjust the meringue to the desired color. (pink, rose red, green, light blue)
