Spicy Tofu
Overview
Spicy tofu is a quick dish, especially suitable for office workers after a hard day's work. It can be served in just a few minutes. The tofu in this dish is tender, the soup is red and bright, and it is paired with green garlic sprouts. It is a very good choice whether it is mixed with rice or noodles. Tofu is a tonic, heat-clearing and health-preserving food. Regular consumption can replenish qi, clear away heat and moisturize, promote body fluids and quench thirst, and cleanse the stomach. It is more suitable for people with heat constitution, bad breath, thirst, unclear gastrointestinal function, and those recovering from fever.
