Wash a box of white konjac knots, soak the fungus and mince the garlic. Cut the cucumber into long strips and finely chop the small peppers and set aside

Add a little salt to a pot of water, add the White Konjac Festival and cook over high heat for ten minutes

Pour into a colander to drain and set aside

Place the cucumbers on a plate and put the blanched fungus on top.

Get an empty bowl. Mix all seasonings and garlic

Drain the white konjac knot and spread it inside the plate. Pour on the seasoning and add a little spicy sauce instead of peanuts. Sprinkle with small peppers and a delicious plate of cold white konjac is ready
