Peel the fresh shrimps and leave the tails. After washing, add cooking wine, salt, green onion and ginger segments and marinate for half an hour.

Add an egg to the takoyaki powder.

Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

Get the quail eggs ready.

Pour a little cooking oil into a small dish. .

Preheat the takoyaki mold and brush it with a thin layer of oil.

Spoon a spoonful of batter into the mold, not too much, just one-third of the mold.

Place the marinated shrimp into the mold.

Then crack in the quail eggs.
