Peel and wash the bamboo shoots and cut into sections

Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and set aside

Put the ribs into a casserole, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes

Add corn oil, scallions, aniseed, ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the braised pork ribs, dark soy sauce and stir-fry
