Beat instant oatmeal into flour and mix together with cake flour.

Add an egg and a banana and beat it evenly with a blender to get an egg-banana liquid.

Pour the egg-banana liquid into a basin and squeeze in the lemon juice.

Add sugar, salt and stir evenly.

Add corn oil and mix well.

Add the flour, oat flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix evenly.

Pour into a mold lined with oil paper.

Sprinkle oatmeal on top.

Oven on the second level from the bottom, 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
