Banana Milk Muffins
Overview
Banana waffles are a Cantonese snack made from bananas, eggs, fresh milk and other ingredients. The banana milk waffles I made today are pseudo-banana waffles. There are no bananas in them at all, but banana milk is used to enhance the flavor. Because what I eat in private baking is healthy and safe; so in my private delicacies, I have always tried not to use synthetic additives such as baking powder, colorings, and shortening; but often there are more or less synthetic additives in many gourmet recipes; so today I made a new attempt, borrowing the inspiration from chiffon cake whipped protein to help hair, and used it in this banana milk waffle. Practice has proved: the effect is really good, not inferior to waffles with baking powder~~~
