Beat the milk, sugar, and eggs with a whisk.

Beat until thick foam forms.

Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well.

Use a juicer to grind the banana puree very finely. If you don't have a machine, use a spoon or rolling pin to mash the bananas. You have to work quickly, otherwise the bananas will turn black quickly.

Add a few drops of rum to the mashed banana to increase the flavor, but it is optional.

Finally, add mashed banana into the batter and stir evenly.

Use a spoon to scoop the batter into a non-stick pan and fry over medium-low heat until you see small bubbles forming.

Stack the finished waffles, place fruits, dried fruits on top, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle honey, arrange them however you like.
