Corn, winter melon and lean meat soup
Overview
I always clamor for corn and winter melon soup when I get home. My family loves me and makes a big pot of it every time. I couldn't be more satisfied. The typhoon came today. When I went downstairs to collect food, I suddenly had a craving for food, so I bought the ingredients to make it. It's so delicious that it burns your tongue and you have to eat it. So happy. I hope to pass happiness to you!

① Chop the winter melon, corn, and dried mushrooms (soaked)! ② Chop the pork into pieces and marinate it with oil, salt, soy sauce and corn starch for more than 15 minutes! ③ Beat the eggs! ④ Prepare a bowl of thick cornstarch water!

After the water boils, add the dried shiitake mushrooms and corn, cook over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes.

Add the minced winter melon and cook for 5-8 minutes.
