Put the bread ingredients, except butter, into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process until it ends. Add butter. Start the dough rising process again and finish.

The dough has risen in the bread machine until doubled in size.

Take out the dough and flatten it to deflate.

Divide into 9 equal parts. Cover tightly and let rest for 10 minutes. (The 8 pieces in the picture are a bit big after baking)

After resting, roll each dough into a shape of beef tongue.

Roll up into strips.

Use a knife to cut in the middle without cutting off the top.

Move the two cut ends toward the middle to form a heart shape.

After all the dough is shaped, place it on a greased baking tray and place it in the oven for a second fermentation until doubled in size. (Put a cup of hot water while fermenting to maintain humidity during fermentation)

Prepare the radish and corn kernels, and cut the cheese into cubes.

Take out the fermented dough and gently brush a layer of egg wash around it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with radish diced and corn kernel cheese diced.

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
