Brown Sugar Mala Cake
Overview
When I go out to drink tea, my child always likes to eat this mala cake. I looked at the ingredients at home and tried to make it. The child said it was very delicious and made it very elastic with the addition of tapioca starch.

Add brown sugar to hot water, stir until dissolved and then set aside to warm.

Add appropriate amount of yeast and stir to dissolve the yeast.

Add eggs, low-gluten flour and tapioca starch to brown sugar water.

Sift the evenly mixed liquid twice.

Then cover with plastic wrap and place in the oven to ferment for an hour.

Take a separate bowl and add baking powder.

Pour half of the brown sugar batter into the baking powder bowl and mix well.

Add the corn oil to the remaining half of the brown sugar batter and stir evenly.

Then mix the two brown sugar batters and stir evenly, pour into a mold lined with oil paper, and let stand for 15 minutes.

Add water to a steamer and bring to a boil. Put the brown sugar mala cake into the steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
