Ingredients: Peeled quail eggs.

Squid (washed).

Ginger slices, aniseed, rock sugar.

Cut the washed squid into pieces.

Put the ginger slices into a pot of water and bring to a boil.

Then, add in the cut squid, blanch it and take it out for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add quail eggs and fry until golden brown, then take them out.
