Overview
Baby cabbage, also called baby cabbage, is tender and crispy. It can be stir-fried, pickled, and made into soup. If you like the fresh taste, blanching is perfect.

Wash the vegetables and cut into thick pieces, peel and slice the ginger.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the ginger slices and bring to a boil over high heat. Add a few drops of oil and a little salt, add the vegetables, and cook for about two minutes after the water boils.

Prepare the dipping sauce. Chop the garlic, chili millet and green onion into minced pieces and put them on a plate. Pour in boiling oil, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and mix well.
