Duck Intestine Fried Rice
Overview
There was just some leftover duck intestines bought from Duck Neck King, and some leftover rice was stir-fried together, which was very fragrant. It’s okay to make it myself today. The duck intestines here are not very spicy, so the fried rice is not spicy either. It’s just right for people like us who don’t like spicy food very much

Prepare ingredients

Cut duck intestines into small pieces, dice cucumbers and carrots, and mince green onions

Add chopped green onion to hot oil and sauté until fragrant
