Christmas tree bread
Overview
Christmas is coming, and the Christmas atmosphere is everywhere. I made Christmas cookies last time, and this time I’m going to make Christmas tree bread to suit the occasion. The bread with whipped cream is particularly soft, and the surface is sprinkled with powdered sugar, which is even more popular among children.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, start the kneading process, and knead the dough to the expansion stage.
-
Add softened butter, start the dough kneading process again, and knead until complete
-
Shape into a round shape and place in a warm place to ferment
-
Ferment until 2-2.5 times in size (about one hour)
-
Take out the exhaust, divide it into 18 portions and knead them evenly (about 20 grams each)
-
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes
-
Knead evenly again and put it on the baking sheet, arrange it in a trapezoid shape like a Christmas tree, and use two small doughs to form an oval shape to serve as the tree handle.
-
Place it in the oven for fermentation, and put warm water in the baking pan below for secondary fermentation (preheat the oven to 100° in advance, leave it on for two minutes, and turn off the oven immediately. Too high a temperature will kill the yeast)
-
Ferment until about 2 times in size. Take it out and brush with egg wash. Place it in a preheated oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 12-15 minutes. When the surface is golden, take it out and let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar
