Soak and wash dried vegetables in warm water

Chop the dried vegetables and cut the meat into slices (I forgot to take pictures)

Heat the pot, add the fat, stir-fry until the oil is released, add minced ginger and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Add lean meat and stir-fry for a while

Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add water to boil and cook the meat until tender

Add dried vegetables and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of salt and a little sugar and stir-fry evenly

Add water again and boil it dry
