Sweet and sour watermelon green
Overview
Watermelon is often eaten in summer, but most people throw away the rind after eating it. In fact, watermelon rind is also very nutritious. But I rarely cook it, because my family doesn’t buy it and generally don’t want to eat it. Like today’s plate, I almost eat it myself, and I don’t always buy watermelon with thick skin. The skin of this watermelon today was quite thick, so I mixed some with it and ate it. The crispy texture was quite good.
