Pumpkin Steamed Pork Ribs

  1. Wash the ribs and cut them into pieces, squeeze out the water, and remove the pumpkin.

  2. Put the ribs into a basin, add shredded ginger, minced garlic, tempeh, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, and cornstarch and mix well.

  3. Finally add cooking oil, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

  4. Peel and slice the pumpkin and place on a plate. Set aside.

  5. Then place the marinated ribs on top of the pumpkin, put it in a steamer and steam over high heat for 30 minutes.

  6. Finally, take it out from the steamer and pour hot oil on it.

  7. The fragrant pumpkin steamed pork ribs are ready!
