This is the third time I have made mutton kebabs. It tastes better every time. I just can’t help but share it with everyone~~

  1. Preparation materials: Cut the mutton into long pieces about one centimeter wide (in fact, you can cut it into longer strips), mince the garlic, and prepare other seasonings.

  2. Mix the seasonings with the lamb.

  3. Catch it with your hands for a while, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

  4. Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water for at least 30 minutes (to prevent the bamboo skewers from burning black) and skewer the lamb. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 230 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

  5. Take out the mutton skewers, sprinkle some fine red chili powder (just to make the color look better, you don’t need to sprinkle it at all) and cumin powder (to add the flavor of cumin), and then put it in the oven to bake for 3-5 minutes.

  6. The finished picture is a bit dark. (Chicago is always gloomy in winter and the light is not good. There are only about 7 hours of sufficient light during the day)
