Main ingredients: shrimp, potatoes, mozzarella cheese.

Simmer the potatoes in the microwave, mash them into mashed potatoes while they are hot, add a little salt and an appropriate amount of black pepper and mix well.

Wash the shrimps, cut them in the middle of the back and remove the shrimp lines.

Use the back of the knife to chop a few times to spread the shrimp meat flat. This is done to break the fascia of the shrimp so that it will not bend when grilled.

Process them one by one and place them on a baking sheet lined with oil paper or tin foil.

Spread a layer of seasoned mashed potatoes.

Spread another layer of mozzarella cheese, sprinkle with a few minced green and red peppers for decoration, and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
