Chopped pepper lettuce
Overview
This chopped pepper is really not that spicy. I bought some lettuce for a few days and ate some in the hot pot. Fry some more. In the end, after peeling it off, there was still a big one left. This kind of wrapped lettuce is the kind you put in hamburgers and can be eaten raw. I like the crispy kick. I haven’t eaten spicy food for a long time. My stomach misses the spicy feeling. So I used it to make chopped peppers, which tasted like kimchi. But is it cleaner, hygienic and fresher than kimchi?
