Stir-fried pickles with Coprinus comatus
Overview
Winter is coming soon, and we in Jiangsu and Zhejiang will prepare a large vat of pickles for the winter. I'm going to my mom's house this weekend to bring some back. Simply stir-fry them with mushrooms and it will be a great meal~
