Overview
It’s Dragon Boat Festival, eat rice dumplings. Cantonese-style cured rice dumplings are a traditional salty and cured glutinous rice dumplings from Guangdong. The fragrant rice dumpling leaves are wrapped with glutinous rice, bacon, and sausage. They are soft, sticky and fragrant. They are boiled for three hours to make the glutinous rice soft and full of fragrance when you bite it.

Wash the glutinous rice in advance and soak it for 8 hours;
