Chop the beef with some ginger slices.

Add all the dressing ingredients and mix well, stirring clockwise. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. I mixed the filling at night and made the pie in the morning.

Add warm water and peanut oil to the flour, knead it into a dough, cover the pot and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Chop the onion, add to the beef filling, and mix well.

Let the dough rest and knead until smooth. Roll out into a thin sheet. My rolling skills are too bad and the dough is irregular. It's best to roll it into a rectangular shape.

Spread the meat filling on the dough sheet and flatten it.

Roll into strips.

Pinch out pie balls one by one.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry over low heat for three minutes on each side. Cook on medium heat for another minute each.
