Braised beef rice noodles

I have been growing grass rice noodles for a long time, and today I started making it myself!

Soak the dry rice noodles overnight and then take them out.

Blanch the beef cubes with onion, ginger and dried chili. After stir-frying evenly, add light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, rice wine, salt, chicken powder, add purified water and simmer in a pressure cooker until the soup is more juicy.

Chop green garlic and cilantro.

After preparing all the above, grab a handful of rice noodles and blanch them in a pot of boiling water.

Scoop the blanched rice noodles into a bowl.

Pour in the beef strip soup (the braised beef has already been seasoned), sprinkle in chopped green garlic and coriander, and add cooked peanuts.

I like it spicy, so I add red oil chili pepper.
