Steps
-
Add butter to dry ingredients and stir evenly into granules.
-
Add the whole egg liquid and milk. Do not add all the milk at once, and then knead it into a ball. Add the remaining milk according to the condition. If it is too dry, add more. Anyway, it should not be too dry or too wet.
-
Add dry cranberries and knead evenly.
-
If you like to put red bean grains in the middle, divide it into two parts and flatten it to 0.5cm, then sprinkle a layer of red beans on the other part of the ground, then cover it with the other part and flatten it to 0.8-1cm. If you don't like it, flatten it directly to 0.8-1cm and put it in the refrigerator to freeze hard.
-
When frozen, use a mold to press out the same size. Turn on the Kobic T38 and preheat it at 200 degrees for at least ten minutes.
-
Brush the plate with egg yolk.
-
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 19-23 minutes.
