Separate egg yolks and egg whites

Mix egg yolk and yogurt evenly

Sift the low-gluten flour into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly

Add a few drops of lemon juice, beat the egg whites until coarse foam, add 1/3 of the sugar

Beat until the egg whites start to become fine, add 1/3 of the amount of sugar, finally the egg whites become fine, add the remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks, lift the whisk, the egg whites will be firm and strong;

Take a little egg white and mix it slightly with the batter

Pour the batter from step 4 into the egg whites and mix gently with a spatula

Pour the batter into paper cups and garnish with cranberries on top. Turn the heat up and down, set the middle layer to 165 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes.
