  2. Dice Hangzhou pepper, red rice pepper, and pickled pepper and set aside; cut green onion into shreds, leaving some chopped green onion and set aside;

  3. Wash and fillet the seabass, remove the fish meat from both sides, chop the fish bones into pieces and set aside;
