The main materials are ready.

Dice Hangzhou pepper, red rice pepper, and pickled pepper and set aside; cut green onion into shreds, leaving some chopped green onion and set aside;

Wash and fillet the seabass, remove the fish meat from both sides, chop the fish bones into pieces and set aside;

Mix the fish fillets with cooking wine and salt and set aside;

Heat oil in a pot, add fish bones and stir-fry until fragrant;

Add appropriate amount of hot water to boil, turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the soup becomes milky white;

After the soup is cooked, remove the fish bones and blanch the fish fillets until cooked;

Finally, add three kinds of chili peppers, shredded green onions and fish and cook together, season with appropriate amount of salt.

Remove from the pot and put on a plate, add green peppercorns and drizzle with appropriate amount of peppercorn oil.
