Fry black sesame seeds over low heat and set aside

Also fry the white sesame seeds over low heat and set aside

Cover the roll mat with a layer of fresh-keeping bag

Cook the rice in the rice cooker, season with salt and MSG, mix well and let cool, grab a handful and spread it on top as shown in the picture, then place the cucumber strips and sausage strips on top, as shown in the picture
