  1. Prepare coconut milk basil crumble and Thai curry paste.

  2. Clean half a pound of green shrimp and remove the hard part of the shrimp line and the head of the shrimp tentacles.

  3. Chop onions, garlic and millet and set aside.

  4. Put oil in the pot and when it is 70% hot, add onions, garlic and millet and sauté until fragrant.

  5. After sauteing, add the prawns to the pot and turn to high heat. Stir-fry until they change color. Add the curry paste and stir-fry evenly.

  6. Then pour in about 200ml of coconut milk until the soup is almost dry. Sprinkle in a little chopped basil and squeeze a little lemon juice before serving. Finally, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
