Roll out the last piece of dough into a tongue shape and roll it out with a raffia cutter. Pull it into a mesh shape and spread it all over the bread body, seal the edges tightly and enter 2 rounds

After the second hair is completed, brush a little egg wash on the mesh

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance and bake on the middle level for 20 minutes [adjust according to your own oven]
