Flying Cake Blueberry Egg Tart
Overview
I usually like to make some snacks for my son when he comes back from school. Adding fruit to the egg tarts makes them taste even more delicious.

Remove the egg yolks and set aside.

Stir the whipping cream, milk, condensed milk, and sugar evenly and melt in hot water.

Add the beaten egg yolks.

Sift in the flour, mix well and sift.

Stack two flying cakes on top of each other.

Use a rolling pin to roll it into as square a shape as possible.

Roll up from one side.

Cut into small pieces.

Press each flat.

Stack the two ingredients and press them into the mold.

Pour in the egg tart liquid half full.

Add blueberries.

Place in the oven after preheating and bake at 200° for about 25 minutes on the middle shelf, until there are burnt spots on the surface of the tart.
