Dried shrimp and white cauliflower
Overview
There are two types of cauliflower: white and green. The green ones are called broccoli and broccoli. The nutrition and functions of white cauliflower and green cauliflower are basically the same. Green cauliflower has a higher carotene content than white cauliflower. Ranked fourth among the top ten healthy foods recommended by Time magazine. When I talk about vegetables, I think of my mom. My mom is a not-so-pure vegetarian. She almost only eats vegetables, and only eats a few clearly identifiable meat dishes. So I followed my mom as a vegetarian when I was a child. Cauliflower, sword beans, cucumbers, and tomatoes are my four favorite vegetables, which are abundant in my own small vegetable garden O(∩_∩)O~ So adhering to the eating habits since childhood, these four vegetables on our table are the most frequently eaten by our family. Cauliflower itself is sweet and delicious. Most of the time at home, cauliflower is simply roasted. Dried shrimp is used in this dish because when shrimps were relatively cheap in Qianzhenjiwei, my mother bought more dried ones (using my oven) and cooked them to eat. It is very delicious and the home cooking method is very simple.
