[Baby's Favorite] ----------Braised Pork, Stewed Potatoes, Beans, Carrots
Overview
The big stew was invented by the Manchus. In the early years, the Manchu people made a living by fishing and hunting. They lived in the wild and moved erratically. The only cooking utensils were hanging pots, so they naturally had to stew, so there are so-called eight stews. People are familiar with the chicken stewed with mushrooms, ribs stewed with beans, potatoes stewed with beef, and potatoes stewed with cabbage with three layers of thin pork slices, vermicelli, and day lily. They are quite good. Souper stew, stewed with beef, potatoes, cabbage, and tomatoes. Nowadays, Northeastern restaurants include pig-killing restaurants that specialize in white meat and blood sausage, while coarse-grain restaurants specialize in large pancakes and salted fish. It shows how much Northeastern people like stew! As a Northeastern person, of course I also like stews...
