After washing the asparagus, cut off the old skin at the root, cut it into small sections with a diagonal knife, and mince the garlic;

Heat a small amount of oil in a pot until it is 40% hot, sauté the minced garlic, add asparagus and stir-fry for about 2 minutes;

Pour the shrimp into the pot and stir-fry quickly;

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a little salt and continue stir-frying until the shrimps are cooked and serve.
