  1. Blanch the washed beef brisket in cold water, add ginger, cooking wine, and green onions to remove the fishy smell

  2. Wash and set aside the blanched beef brisket

  3. Cut radish, tomato, potato, green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves and set aside

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add rock sugar, stir-fry until the color turns brown, then stir-fry the beef brisket until the color turns brown

  5. Stir-fry the sugar-colored beef brisket, add the prepared seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant

  6. Add half of the tomatoes and fry for 1 minute. Leave the remaining half for later use. Then add boiling water. When it boils, pour it into the pressure cooker. After the pressure cooker releases the gas, cook on medium heat for 15 minutes

  7. Put the beef brisket rice pressed in the pressure cooker into the wok, then add potatoes, radishes, the remaining half of the tomatoes to enhance the flavor, and add the lettuce for a better color😄 Stew for 15 minutes until cooked

  8. The finished product is ready!
