Mix the yeast with sugar water and let it sit for use. After mixing the rice flour and an appropriate amount of baking powder, pour in the prepared yeast liquid and stir until there are no particles. During the mixing, use milk instead of water. After stirring, let it sit for about 15 minutes. The rice cake batter will have doubled in size. Add the prepared red dates and dried blueberries. Put the pot on high heat for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the pot.

When looking at it from the side, the honeycomb is very large, not as delicate as other honeycombs, but the taste is very strong.
